Varsity mens team kick warhorse's win 81-68

A much improved Owen Warhorse's came to "THE DEN"  looking for years of payback , Against a struggling Cougars team.

 Owen shot the lights out of the gym early leading 22-14 at the end of the 1st period.  But the Cougars settled down as ALEX BIGGERSTAFF found his shot scoring 25pts5rebounds 4assist 1steal. Spencer 'THE PRIEST' Bishop had his best game of the year with 17pts (hitting two 3s)  5 rebounds 5 assist .  Cougars outscored the Warhorses 21-12 in the second taking the lead into the half 35-34.

The second half TIM HENSLEY and AUSTIN "BOB" TAYLOR defense killed the the warhorses. HENSLEY finished 8pts 2 rebounds 3 rebounds.TAYLOR'S easy put backs going 9-12 from the field finishing with 20pts 17 rebounds 1 steal a block,1assist. Drew Hoilman also had a good game 5 Pt's 8 rebounds 1 steal 1 assist. Rounding out the cougar scorers Lucas King with 5 points a perfect 4-4 off the line 1 reb, 1 steal 4 assist.

Cougars blew up in the 2nd half scoring 46 to Owen's 34
